Job growth on the horizon for 4over Mississauga
Trade printer 4over displayed one of its latest pieces of machinery during an open house held Tuesday. According to 4over’s national press manager, German Ramirez, the 6-colour, 40" Komori Lithrone S40 press, was purchased for the Mississauga location with faster printing times and future job growth in mind.
The press boasts a coater and full automation and will be used in addition to 4over’s 29" press—which had been running two to three shifts and even four shifts, 24/7.
Plant manager Paul Kett was on hand along with CEO Zarik Megerdichian from California to speak to industry guests. The theme: 4over is in the process of tripling its print capacity.
In addition to the Mississauga plant, 4over has facilities in California, Ohio, Texas, New Jersey, Illinois, Arizona and Florida with plans to branch out to more cities in the near future. Although Kett has only been with 4over for eight months he remarked on how far the company has come. “Zarik started this 13 years ago with a press in his garage.”
