The Duplo 600i booklet system
Duplo’s 600i booklet system is a high-end collating machine with a fully automatic DBM-600 bookletmaker. The high-speed DSC-10/60i suction collators, the 600i can produce professional saddle, side, or corner-stitched booklets as well as letter landscape application.
The 600i can produce up to 5,200 booklets per hour or collate up to 10,000 sets per hour into a stacker. It operates on PC controlled software, and is able to create and save virtually an unlimited number of jobs onto the hard drive for faster changeovers.
Users can customize the 600i with various options including the DKT-200 two-knife trimmer and gutter cutter for three-side trimming capabilities and 2-up processing.
