Mimaki’s latest inkjet press is the JFX-1631 large-format UV flatbed. Its new UV LED curing system is designed to reduce heat, so a broad range of heat-sensitive media can be used. Ultra-violet rays instantly cure the ink, improving turnaround time and eliminating drying time. The JFX-1631 uses eight print heads to reach speeds twice that of previous models, and produces ultra-fine step accuracy of dot placement even on media up to 63.1" x 122". Direct printing on non-coated substrates up to 50 mm thick is also possible, and a choice of flexible or hard UV inks is an option. www.mimakiusa.comKerio Technologies simplifies mail
