CTI Paper adds digital option to Glama Natural

Glama Natural translucent papers from CTI Paper welcome a new addition to the line: Glama Natural Digital, the first translucent paper certified for HP Indigo presses, according to the company. New Blueberry 27 lb., Parchment White 40 lb., and Clear 24 lb., are the digital newcomers. Glama Natural is naturally transparentired, versus chemically, making it a more environmentally friendlier choice. All Glama papers are FSC certified with some recycled options.

Neenah unleashes new colour system
Expanding on its iPod colour app, Neenah Paper is releasing its printed counterpart, the Think Ink: Color Unleashed book for Classic Crest and Classic Line. A partnership with Dewey Sadka, a leading colour theorist, has produced the Dewey Color System, a new way for printers and designers to build colour palettes. Essentially it’ll allow designers to see how the same ink colour will look on more than 50 paper colours and finishes, including digital print samples. Ask your merchant for a copy.
Another online development, the Neenah Personal Proof, allows printers and designers to see tests of their designs on a printed page. Pick a design, choose three paper samples from Classic Linen grades and look for them in your mailbox within two weeks.
