Kodak adds four new members to flexo team
Kodak has welcomed four new members to its American flexo team. The company was able to make these new additions due in part to the growth of its Kodak FLEXCEL NX system.

“We’re pleased to be in a position of growth,” Chris Payne, general manager, Flexographic Packaging Solutions, Kodak, said. “It speaks well of our products, our people and our commitment. As our business continues to grow within the US&C and at an international level these new team members bring focused industry experience and skills that complement our existing strong Kodak organization. We welcome the collectively formidable additions of Paul, Alex, Rick and Doug to the Kodak flexo team and look forward to the contributions they will make to our business.”

Paul Lancelle, a 2015 FTA Hall of Fame inductee with 25 years of flexo prepress and printing operations experience, has joined the new product development team in Oakdale, Minnesota.

Alexander James has joined the US&C sales team as an indirect channel manager with a charter to support and strengthen Kodak’s network of channel partners servicing the flexo industry. He holds a Master of Science in Graphic Communications from Clemson University, is a member of the FTA Board of Directors and has participated in numerous FTA committees. James will focus on the eastern US & Canada regions and brings a wealth of domestic and international pressroom experience and expertise to this newly created role.

Rick Moncrieff also joins the US&C sales team as an indirect channel manager servicing the western US&C region. Moncrieff brings many years of commercial experience in prepress and pressroom solutions and an impressive depth of industry knowledge that will be invaluable to channel partners and end users as he drives sales of FLEXCEL NX Systems and the full Kodak flexographic and letterpress portfolio.

Doug Weiss has joined the business development team as US&C business development and brand manager and is working with Kodak customers, industry partners and brand influencers to maximize the application of Kodak flexographic technology as a key enabler for business growth and as a tool to increase the efficiency and reduce the total cost of package print production.
